ROLE SUMMARY
The job holder will support the implementation of HR policy across all areas of assigned business including improving performance, maximizing attendance, and providing effective management of change
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
- liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff
- performance and health and safety
- Recruiting staff – this includes developing job descriptions and person
- specifications, KPIs, preparing job adverts, checking application forms,
- shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;
- Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions,
- performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and
- absence management;
- Preparing staff handbooks;

VACANCY 2 – OPERATIONS MANAGER | LOCATION: YABA LAGOS | REPORTS TO CEO | ABOVE 30 YEARS OLD | 250,000
ROLE SUMMARY
The job-holder will oversee and provide a broad range of facilities business operations, project
management , Sales / Marketing , Strategic planning and communications support across the team.
You will be responsible to oversee our organization’s ongoing operations and procedures working
towards promoting efficiency, profitability and productivity of the business. You’ll have to maintain
control of diverse business operations, with the goal of securing the functionality of business to drive
extensive and sustainable growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the CEO and board in creating, growing, and building a world class, industry leading organization.
- Supporting the delivery of Premier Hub suite of services such as Premier Center – Workspaces and
- Training rooms, Programs, CBT Center , Business Support Service and Trainings by providing
- administrative, coordination, communication, project management support and driving
- profitability across the business unit.
- Drive Stellar company results from an operational perspective, working closely with the CEO and
- team members.
- Set Challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability.
- Assess the capacity needs of organizations operations squad and work with the peoples
- organization to recruit and train the resources needed in the company to attain its strategic goals.
- Forge Strategic partnership / relationships with clients, vendors, tech firms, start-ups, donor
- agencies , wider tech sector stakeholders and all other professional relationships using these to
- support the delivery and development of new partnerships and programmes
- Managing the development of a suite of externally facing marketing and communications
- materials and platforms that supports Premier Hub’s initiatives.
- Support the Hub’s work by planning and executing high profile events and programmes: assume a
- key role in planning projects and events such as workshops, hackathons, conferences.
- Support on design and implementation of the Hub’s operational processes, internal
- infrastructure, reporting system and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitability
- and efficiencies within the company.
- Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company.
- Work closely with the management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and
- systems and to follow through with implementation.
- Lead work on to support the initiation, delivery, operations and logistics components for the
- Hub’s activities;
- Process invoices, payments and manage Hub’s procurement process and operating budget
- Establish business KPIs and conduct regular quality assessments to ensure compliance
- Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
- Create and Monitor financial data such as budgeting, forecasting / resource allocation and
- recommend solutions that will improve profitability.
- Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the company.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Preferably someone from a facility management or training background
- Experience in developing communications materials;

VACANCY 3 – ACCOUNTS OFFICER | REPORTS TO FINANCE MANAGER | LOCATION: YABA LAGOS | 130,000 – 150,000
ROLE SUMMARY
An Account Officer, takes care of the financial bookkeeping and records of an organization. Their duties include recording transactions, payments and expenses and processing invoices. They also send out bills and invoices, follow up on overdue payments and ensure that a company’s invoices and payments match up correctly by cross-checking the original document to the company’s record. Account Officers work with other professionals in the accounting department to make sure the company’s finances are accurately recorded.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and processing invoices for the group
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivables
- Creating Payslips and Salary Payment
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking the organization’s expenses
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Maintaining Statutory requirement such as Paye, VAT, Pencom, ITF etc
- Liasing with external auditors
- Generate financial reports for review by regulatory authorities
- Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
SKILL AND ABILITY
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
- Excellent organization skills for maintaining clear, accurate and meticulous financial records for a company
- Attention to detail for ensuring the accuracy of a company’s records and invoices
- Multitasking in order to successfully handle multiple accounts, invoices and payments at various stages of execution
