Our client, a project management firm in the service industry, based in Lekki Phase1, is in need of an experienced and efficient secretary/admin assistant, to manage our administrative tasks.

SUMMARY

Clerical and administrative support will assist office personnel and optimize workflow. Job duties include answering phone calls, organizing files, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, taking notes at meetings, typing up documents, inputting information into our database, and ensuring office supplies are stocked. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and has at least one year of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant

Compensation: 50,000 - 70,000

Admin-Secretary Duties and Responsibilities

The following are the duties and responsibilities of the admin-secretary

  • Respond to calls, emails, and routine letters; direct inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Arrange, coordinate, and schedule meetings; prepare meeting documents
  • Make travel arrangements for office personnel
  • Project file tracking and support accountant and management
  • Track inventory of office supplies and order more when necessary
  • Track and Maintain Vendors’ records
  • Write and distribute routine correspondence
  • Compile data and prepare reports
  • Maintain updated contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers

Admin-Secretary Requirements and Qualifications

  • Female
  • A degree in Secretarial Studies is an advantage
  • 1+ years of experience in a secretarial role preferred
  • OND/HND/B.Sc
  • Professional demeanor and attitude also well groomed
  • Good written communication skills
  • Familiarity with office organization techniques
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Great interpersonal communication skills;
  • Keen eye for spotting data trends;
  • Great analytical skills;
  • A keen grasp of information technology;
